Breads-of-the-World Sandwich Innovation Workshop Throwdown

Breads-of-the-World Sandwich Innovation Workshop (May 6-7, 2010) is the first of 25 food and beverage seminars sponsored by Food Technical Consulting in 2010. The workshop will be taught by gold medal winning Certified Master Chef Ed Janos in Denver, Colorado, and conclude with a final day throwdown competition among class participants. Chef Ed will demonstrate new sandwich recipe innovation in three areas: Breakfast, Lunch, and Snack Sandwiches. Sandwich innovation will be show through using a variety of breads ranging from Artisan breads to gluten-free breads, while maintaining similar protein build.
